without booking fee!

The website contains actual prices per night for apartment rentals for 5-7 nights stay. The price may change to higher or lower, depending on the date of arrival / departure and the period of stay. You may get the certain price for apartment, contacting our English speaking managers by phone or email.

Please, choose apartment from our catalogue. Click "Rent Request" button. Please, enter your full name, your email address, number of guests, check-in and check-out information, indicate your wishes to the apartment (facilities, your special needs etc.). After sending this request, within 12 hours you will get an email from our manager with information about availability of the apartment. If apartment are not available for your dates our manager will offer you available apartments of the same level.

If you are ready to book apartment, our manager will send you an invoice for payment of the advance (prepayment). The prepayment amount is 10-50% from the total cost of the apartment for the whole period of stay. It depends on the type and class of the apartment, as well as the date of arrival / departure and the period of stay.  After getting an advance payment from you, apartment is considered booked.

If you need transfer to the apartment, please write about this your wish in the field "Your notes and wishes". Our driver will meet you at the airport (or any other place of Ukraine) and will deliver you to the apartment. If you don’t need transfer, we’ll give you the address of apartment and you we’ll get to the apartment yourself.

On the day of settlement you will pay the remaining amount to the apartment’s owner for the entire booking period. Before the day of departure you need to contact us to agree time of your check-out with apartment’s owner.. If you need transfer from apartment to the airport or to other city of Ukraine, please contact us in advance.

Cancellation information: if you want to cancel booking of apartment, please contact us. Please make sure you enter the same data (your full name and email address) that you entered booking apartment!

!!!In case of cancellation of apartment reservation we do not refund advance payment for the booking!!!
